Refund policy

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed  for the original shipping cost.

Please note:

100% of the item price will be refunded. We offer a refund for the full value of an item once it is shipped back and it arrived in comparable condition to how we shipped it. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost, only the item’s cost is 100% refunded. Buyer will be responsible for the entire logistics, packing and the customs charges for their own country and of our country. We prefer to be informed before the return of any item and the reason for the cancellation.

*Items must be returned in the condition received. To ensure proper insurance coverage, all return shipments must go through SoShiro. Any international customs duties and taxes will not be refunded, and returns of customized orders will be accepted at our discretion.
