The Alternative Paradigm. Pitsho Mafolo
The Alternative Paradigm is a one-day exhibition that will be presented by the artist himself – Congolese artist Pitsho Mafolo.
The show explores a new vision of the world by deconstructing established patterns and some beliefs of our actual society based on the capitalist model. Through Mafolo’s brilliant and vibrant colour palettes, the exhibition seeks to depict and propose a different perspective on the actual way of life in order to face current societal and environmental challenges. The exhibition will be presented by the artist Mafolo on the day, and will feature 15 paintings, testifying to the personal commitment and artistic sensitivity of his vision of the world created by his encounters with different cultures. The Alternative Paradigm is curated by Didier Demif and presented at SoShiro.
